View Comments Kelly Ripa and hubby Mark Consuelos are bringing off-Broadway to the small screen! The two will team up with writer Jamie Denbo to produce a musical comedy series on ABC Family based on the tuner Rated P For Parenthood, according to Deadline. The show originally played the Westside Theatre in February 2012. With a book by Sandy Rustin, music by Dan Lipton and David Rossmer and lyrics by Rustin, Lipton and Rossmer, the stage version of Rated P for Parenthood explores a variety of touching and humorous relationships between parents and their children through songs and sketch comedy vignettes. Rustin, Lipton and Rossmer will also serve as producers for the series. Under the direction of Jeremy Dobrish, the off-Broadway production starred Courtney Balan, Chris Hoch, David Josefsberg and Joanna Young.
