During his tenure there (2007-2017), he amassed four state championships and six district titles.He also served as the head coach of Bonneville High School of Idaho Falls, leading the Bees to a 26-0 record and a state title in 2013.While at Bonneville High, his squads won six district and region championships.Watts played under Madsen at USU Eastern from 2001-2002 and was drafted by the Texas Rangers in 2001 and after signing with them in 2002, played for their organization from 2002-2006.Watts is a native of St. Anthony, Idaho and attended South Fremont High School, where he lettered in baseball and basketball for the Cougars.
